All Turbo Saw Tree Cutters come with an industry leading no hassle 1-year warranty guaranteeing full coverage from defects in material or workmanship. The Turbo Saw warranty process is the fastest and easiest in the industry.
How it works:
The warranty is registered at the time of purchase by following the QR code sticker attached to the unit; there is no need to fill out any paperwork. In the event of failure, the customer will be asked to identify part failure and email Andrew@doughertymfg.com or text pictures to (405) 929 9307. Turbo Saw tree cutters are designed to be serviced and repaired by the owner/operator with simple tools and minimal technical knowledge. Customers are encouraged to work on and be familiar with basic repairs to insure maximum up time. Units repaired by the end user will not void or effect warranty coverage. In cases of part failures that can be fixed by the customer (such as small part failures) The part will be sent next day air direct to the customer location. Turbo Saw tech support is on stand-by with install guidance via phone, zoom, or facetime.
